We provide suitable training opportunities and courses at proper times and places. We hope that these training courses can help you for your development.
Generally, the training time will be 16-40 periods in one year.
Basic training includes:
(1) Pre-job training: enterprise history, staff handbook, basic regulations and rules.
(2) Pre-post training: all departments should take necessary pre-post training for new workers. The new operators shall be trained and proved
to be qualified through examination before taking up the job. The training record should be reported to personnel department.
(3) On-post training (internal training): according to all
departments' annual training plan, the group will arrange periodical or non-scheduled professional training and theoretical
learning. Training examination score will be reported to personnel department for record.
(4) External training: the group will arrange some certificate study and visit to brother firms or foreign countries.
However, our study is not restrained in formal training. You will learn some very important skills in Jishan Group, which can surely help you on your development in the future.
