Shaoxing Yamei Biochemistry Co., Ltd. Research & Development Center was founded in 1998. It has microbiology laboratory, organic synthesis laboratory, product analysis lab and medium test workshop, equipped with complete advanced test and examining equipments.
    There are fifty technicians engaged in research and development directly, with rich experience especially in biological engineering field. Furthermore, the company is in possession of a perfect technical information network, keeping close connection with many colleges, academies and enterprises at home and abroad. Meanwhile, we have established internal data information management system offering reliable information insurance for scientific research and development. We have made an agreement with Biology Institute of CAS to take it as our technical supporter, and founded close cooperative relationship with Organic Chemistry Institute of CAS, Zhejiang University, East China University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Industry University, and Wuxi Light Industry University, etc. The center has held a biochemistry senior class with Shaoxing Culture & Science College, from which 25 our employees graduated. By communication and cooperation with institutes and colleges, we have trained a great number of managerial people experienced in practical skills and engineering technology.
    The center has rational organization, regulations and management system, focusing on people as foundation. The new product development project carries out contract policy that puts specific duty to individual, examines according to duty fulfilling condition, and awards to ones with great contribution. Besides, the company periodically invited famous experts and engineers to hold speech and help to resolve problems, so as to enhance our technicians’ professional level.
    Every year, the company invests over 5% of sales income to the center as developing capital. Since 1999, there are more than three million RMB invested to the super (micro) filtration membrane engineering system, and the tail gas control system, and other projects. The former project took two million RMB and the latter took one million RMB, other projects took about 500,000 RMB. The super (micro) filtration membrane engineering system and the tail gas control system are both successively used.
